About the Role

The Project Support Analyst assists multiple Project Managers with daily project management tasks, including developing and maintaining documentation, preparing meeting materials, creating contract requisitions, managing the in‑processing of contracted personnel, and handling other support functions. • Maintain project documentation (action item lists, meeting materials, project notebooks). • Prepare contract authorization requisitions, manage onboarding of contracted personnel, and process invoices. • Coordinate with functional areas and suppliers to obtain status on action items and schedules. • Produce project authorization packages, time/cost tracking, status reports, adhoc reports, scope‑change tracking, and close‑out documentation. • Perform emergency response duties and other assignments as directed by management.

What You Bring

Candidates must meet at least one of the following education‑experience combinations: a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience, an associate’s degree with four years, or a high school diploma/GED with six years. They must also satisfy any required access or medical criteria. Preferred candidates bring experience in project financial controls, knowledge of utility operations and power‑plant equipment, and familiarity with contract management or the Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience, or Associate’s degree + 4 years, or High School/GED + 6 years; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred qualification: experience with project financial controls; knowledge of utility business and power‑plant equipment; familiarity with contract management or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system.
