PMIS Manager

About the Role

In this position you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and administration of PMWeb, ensuring it meets client needs and program requirements. You will act as a PMIS evangelist, conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and guaranteeing that PMWeb is recognized as the core reporting and automation platform rather than a simple spreadsheet tool. During the design phase you will architect solutions in PMWeb, create modules for Commercials, Risk, Quality, HSE, and document control, and design transactional SQL reports. You will also manage integration scenarios with Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, P6 EPPM, client ERP or third‑party systems, using APIs and testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. • Lead end‑to‑end PMWeb implementation, configuration and administration across EMEA programs. • Conduct requirement‑elicitation workshops, produce requirement documents, and ensure alignment with program management plans. • Design and build PMWeb modules (Commercials, Risk, Quality, HSE, Document Control) and transactional SQL reports. • Integrate PMWeb with Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, P6 EPPM, client ERP or third‑party systems using APIs and testing tools (Postman/SoapUI). • Manage the PMIS delivery team and coordinate with IT to ensure compliance with client policies. • Deliver training, workshops and presentations to promote PMWeb adoption among program and client leadership. • Oversee dashboard and report development in Power BI and SSRS based on program data models.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a highly capable PMIS Implementation Manager to lead a PMWeb implementation and rollout for major client programs in EMEA. The role combines functional and technical expertise in project management information systems with strong project management acumen, requiring independent delivery from implementation through rollout. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related engineering field and a minimum of seven years of hands‑on PMWeb implementation experience, including full lifecycle stakeholder management. Strong client‑facing abilities, professional English communication skills, and at least five years of program‑level experience in project or construction management environments are essential. Desired personal attributes include excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly with management, a collaborative team‑player attitude, and a self‑starter mentality. Candidates should be adaptable to new technologies and capable of independent research to solve functional challenges. • Possess 7+ years of hands‑on PMWeb implementation experience, including stakeholder management and full rollout ownership. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related engineering field. • Demonstrate strong client‑facing communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. • Knowledge of project and construction management environments with at least 5 years of program‑level experience. • Preferred: experience with Power BI, DAX queries, and managing technical specialists for integration scenarios.
