About the Role

The firm is hiring a Project Controls Manager to support a technology client’s expanding data‑center infrastructure program. The role will partner with global construction teams and cross‑functional stakeholders such as Analytics, Procurement and Finance to drive cost management, financial forecasting, risk identification and program governance across mission‑critical projects. • Provide preconstruction support, including historical cost analysis, budget baselining and annual contractor purchase orders. • Align cost and schedule for phased campus builds, covering utility planning and long‑lead equipment strategies. • Manage internal project budgets and schedules of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects. • Oversee external project budgets through platforms for commitment, change and document control. • Facilitate change‑order routing, content analysis and executive approvals. • Lead monthly forecasting and cash‑flow analysis, identify variances and prepare executive‑level reports. • Ensure accurate quarterly accruals for active purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and Finance. • Maintain and update internal and contractor risk registers, including contingency evaluations. • Conduct monthly financial health reviews using dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons and productivity reports. • Collaborate with site schedulers to align financial forecasts with Primavera P6 schedule updates. • Track impacts of renewable energy integration, water‑conservation systems and sustainability milestones. • Support scenario analyses for phasing strategies and risk exposure. • Partner daily with project managers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams (Analytics, Procurement, Finance). • Prepare and deliver presentations on project health, risks and performance to leadership. • Assist with program initiatives, training and process alignment to ensure consistency across sites. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or related field. • Experience in construction project controls on large, multi‑project programs. • Proven forecasting and change‑management experience on large‑scale construction projects. • Ability to clearly communicate financial status and schedule details across multiple sites. • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills. • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and cost‑control tools (eBuilder, Procore or similar). • Experience with Unifier (a plus). • Skill in interpreting schedules, comparing baselines to progress and linking impacts to cost forecasts. • Experience with data‑center construction or mission‑critical infrastructure. • Familiarity with renewable energy integration, advanced cooling systems and sustainability programs. • Comfort working within phased, campus‑scale programs.
