About the Role

The Inside Sales Associate role manages an existing book of business and generates new opportunities within a defined territory, using well‑qualified leads and market‑leading products. Responsibilities include the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding and renewal—while building relationships with brokers, owners, investors and other real‑estate professionals and representing CoStar at industry events. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by showcasing CoStar’s product value. • Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial real‑estate clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth. • Conduct full sales cycle activities: prospecting, product demos, closing deals, onboarding, training, and renewals. • Deliver in‑person meetings and product demonstrations to brokers, owners, corporations, investors and other professionals. • Represent CoStar at industry events to build long‑term relationships and professional networks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least one year of successful B2B sales experience (or equivalent commercial real‑estate background), a bachelor’s degree, a proven record of meeting sales targets and a history of commitment to prior employers. Preferred candidates bring two or more years of experience selling data, research or analytics platforms, strong consultative selling skills, a keen interest in commercial real estate, and excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities. Ideal Inside Sales Associates are ambitious, adaptable, engaging, curious and customer‑centric, thriving in a fast‑paced, competitive environment and taking ownership of client requests to drive successful outcomes. • Minimum 1 year B2B sales or commercial real‑estate experience and a bachelor’s degree. • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and maintain commitment to previous employers. • Preferred: 2+ years selling data, research, analytics platforms or related solutions. • Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. • Adaptable, quickly learning and applying new product concepts.
