About the Role
As the Marketing Manager for a shopping mall, you will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, increase tenant sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience, leveraging both traditional marketing expertise and retail real‑estate insight. • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with leasing goals and tenant needs. • Create seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and special events to drive year‑round traffic. • Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitor activity to guide strategy. • Plan and execute large‑scale events, seasonal celebrations, and community programming, coordinating tenants and vendors. • Manage the mall’s digital presence across social media, website, and email, creating content and overseeing paid advertising. • Track digital campaign performance and optimize based on metrics. • Build strong relationships with tenants, develop co‑op advertising programs, and provide marketing support to boost sales and lease renewals. • Maintain consistent brand messaging, manage media relations, and serve as spokesperson for mall initiatives.
