About the Role
The Senior Planner role is based in Sheffield and is responsible for overseeing the planning process, championing health and safety, and ensuring quality and best practice. You will develop strategic planning procedures, support regional bids, manage programme risk, liaise with the supply chain, and coordinate bid and client presentations. You will also manage the transfer of programme intelligence from bid to contract stage. • Develop and maintain strategic planning procedures and regional protocols. • Provide planning support for regional bids, managing appraisal, risk analysis and logistics solutions. • Support bid teams to achieve commercially attractive tender solutions. • Liaise with supply‑chain partners to ensure programme compliance and alignment. • Prepare and present bid appraisal materials and client presentations. • Transfer programme intelligence from bid to contract stage, including assumptions, resources and risk allowances.
