About the Role
The Product Specialist is a key member of the Marketing Team responsible for supporting product marketing, sales, channel and customers from pre‑sales through post‑sales. The role provides technical guidance, supports product lifecycle activities, and backs strategic initiatives. It offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with global teams, lead product launches, and shape the future of the Physical Infrastructure portfolio. The specialist also supports pricing reviews, maintains ERP systems, and develops impactful marketing collateral while providing technical product expertise to sales teams and customers. The specialist supports the sales team during the RFQ process by ensuring proposed solutions meet client specifications and by delivering accurate technical documentation and pricing. They facilitate interactions between Sales and Marketing to align product development with strategic customer and industry needs. Additionally, they contribute to the Business Plan by analyzing market data, segmentation, competitive landscape, trends, target markets, required investments, revenue potential, and recommendations. The role supports the introduction of new products, including roadmaps, pricing, profit goals, promotional materials, release planning, forecasting, inventory planning, and alignment with U.S. products as applicable. It coordinates and supports Marketing Communications to ensure corporate positioning aligns with business‑plan strategies. The specialist also backs product market strategies aimed at maximizing sales and profit potential. The specialist ensures appropriate business policies, practices, and relationships are established and maintained with customers and channel partners. They make sure the General Sales Force has the direction, information, tools, and training needed to exceed sales goals. What You Bring
A university degree or college diploma from an accredited institution is required, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with a P.Eng., CET or C. Tech designation. Candidates need 3‑5 years of experience in sales, marketing or product engineering, a valid unrestricted driver’s licence, and legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship. French and English fluency, demonstrated problem‑solving ability, the capacity to learn market influences, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are also essential. • Possess a relevant university degree and professional engineering designation • Demonstrate 3‑5 years of sales, marketing, or product engineering experience • Fluent in French and English with strong problem‑solving abilities

Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $82,000‑$102,000, based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
