About the Role

The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects. The incumbent will initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timely resolution and create work orders in collaboration with the dispatch team. Managing work orders through completion, coordinating with finance for invoicing, and providing daily updates to project managers are key duties. Additionally, the individual will lead meetings with on‑site general contractors to keep projects on schedule and meet timeline milestones. • Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships • Initiate escalation calls with technical support to resolve timeline issues • Create and manage work orders, coordinating with dispatch and finance • Provide daily status updates to project managers • Conduct meetings with on‑site general contractors to meet milestones

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent engineering degree, and have at least two years of field service experience. They should also possess a minimum of two years of customer‑facing project coordination experience and reside within the Central region of the United States. Additional technical experience in power systems, battery technologies, electronics, and uninterruptible power supplies is required. Candidates need electrical industry expertise, product knowledge, and prior experience working with contractors. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft O365 is also essential. • Hold an associate degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years field service experience • Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing project coordination experience • Reside in the Central United States region • Experience with power systems, battery technologies, electronics, and UPS • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft O365
