About the Role

The Senior Scheduler/Planner role involves advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, risk analysis, and change management for major or multiple projects, while providing regional expertise and best‑practice implementation in the planning and scheduling discipline. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, aligning company and contractor roles. • Develop and integrate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project leads. • Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite. • Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports and customized presentations. • Perform critical path and probabilistic schedule analysis. • Analyze schedule deviations, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. • Contribute to monthly project reports and highlight schedule impact of variances or change orders. • Create resourcing plans, identify peak periods, and recommend leveling. • Ensure vendor, supplier, and contractor schedule inputs feed into planning systems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule accuracy. • Conduct onsite progress measurement and billing verification. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Lead and consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years experience in project controls and schedule management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships with project teams. • Willingness to support onsite teams beyond core functions. • Proficient with MS Project, Primavera (P3/P5/P6), Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. • Desirable experience in commercial real estate scheduling, especially Life Science sector. • Ability to travel as required.
