The role leads planning across medium‑to high‑complexity projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with defined processes and strategic KPIs. It collaborates with project teams to verify tenders, monitor schedules, and drive profitable delivery, while managing planning teams and fostering continuous improvement across hubs, sectors, and strategic programmes. • Drive safe, high‑quality, compliant project delivery in line with Mace’s safety‑first culture. • Direct planning performance and ensure effective scheduling across projects and tenders. • Shape strategy, support business development, and champion integrity and sustainability. • Develop, mentor, and mobilise talent while promoting collaboration, innovation, and inclusive team environments. • Supervise planning strategy and delivery across major projects and sectors. • Manage teams, drive performance, and champion continuous improvement. • Build strong stakeholder networks and influence strategic outcomes. • Embed sustainability, safety, and compliance into planning excellence. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people and teams to develop.
