About the Role
We are hiring a Machinery Inside Sales Representative for the Katy area market to focus on selling Mustang Cat's machinery offerings and developing customer‑driven solutions using Mustang's unique capabilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer. In this role you will assist walk‑in retail customers purchasing equipment and develop and qualify leads for heavy equipment, parts, and services sales. • Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators • Provide exceptional customer service • Meet and exceed strategic sales goals • Establish new customer accounts • Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers • Monitor competitive activity and local market changes • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships • Meet requirements for continued professional development

What You Bring
• College degree in Business, Management, Technical field (or equivalent experience) • Knowledge of Cat equipment • Professional communication: verbal, written, phone, email, in‑person • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency • Effective problem‑solving and quick thinking • Strong desire to win and negotiation experience • Mechanical aptitude • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment • Bilingual English/Spanish
