About the Role
Key duties include reviewing and validating the contractor’s baseline schedule, developing a master schedule that integrates multiple packages, and evaluating progress schedules to identify potential delays. The role also involves conducting “what‑if” analyses, preparing regular progress and monthly reports, performing detailed claim assessments using delay analysis methodologies, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve scheduling issues. • Review and validate contractor baseline schedules against contract conditions and Parsons practices. • Develop and maintain a master schedule integrating multiple project packages and interdependencies. • Evaluate updated progress schedules to identify delays and critical events. • Perform "what‑if" impact analyses for changes, variations, and potential events. • Prepare regular progress and monthly program reports with analysis and recommendations. • Conduct detailed claim assessments (Extension of Time, disruption) using time‑impact and window analysis. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve planning and scheduling issues. • Attend project meetings, provide inputs, and record concise minutes. • Create and maintain trackers/logs for critical design and construction issues. • Issue delay notices and performance letters for contractor non‑performance.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or construction management and brings at least ten years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region. Proficiency with Primavera P6, strong written and oral communication skills, and thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations are required. • Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or construction management. • Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects (utilities, roads, structures) in community development. • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software. • Strong written and oral communication abilities. • In‑depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and construction processes. • Ability to conduct delay analysis methodologies (time impact, window analysis). • Skilled in preparing presentations and reports for senior management. • Experience coordinating with diverse professional teams and stakeholders.
