About the Role

The Senior Scheduler/Planner role involves advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and change management across major or multiple smaller projects. The incumbent will apply sophisticated planning techniques, risk analysis and support project objectives, while providing best‑practice implementation for the region. Key duties include implementing scheduling strategies, coordinating work and cost breakdown structures, ensuring integration of contractor schedules, performing critical path and probabilistic analyses, and preparing progress reports and resourcing plans. The role also interfaces with project functional groups, verifies on‑site progress, and may include SOX control responsibilities. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, defining roles and expectations • Coordinate development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project leads and contractors • Integrate and maintain contractor schedules within the program suite • Provide quality assurance and reporting on schedule performance to functional groups and contractors • Conduct critical path, probabilistic, and schedule risk analyses • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions • Prepare integrated planning contributions for monthly project reports and presentations • Develop resourcing plans, identify peak resource periods, and recommend leveling • Verify on‑site progress, support billing verification, and ensure schedule feedback from vendors and contractors • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities • Lead and organize multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports

What You Bring

Candidates need 4–6 years of project controls and schedule management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple schedule inputs.
