About the Role

Perform assembly and testing of production hardware within the certified operator system while adhering to established procedures. Ensure environmental, health, and safety considerations are integrated into daily activities. Participate in 5S cell efforts, continuous improvement, and compliance with work policies, identifying improvement opportunities as they arise. Lift up to 50 pounds, use appropriate personal protective equipment for each task, and work safely by reporting near misses, illnesses, and injuries according to established procedures. Obtain and maintain Certified Operator Status (level 8) and apply detailed knowledge of test requirements and equipment to evaluate work‑in‑process conformity. What You Bring

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience or two years of military service, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. An associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology, assembly or test experience in a manufacturing environment, and understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, cellular manufacturing, one‑piece flow, and continuous improvement concepts are preferred. Experience with industrial machinery such as lathes, curing ovens, thermal or life‑cycling machines, sanding and painting tools, and standard hand tools is a plus. • Lift up to 50 lb and use proper PPE. • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 2 years manufacturing or military experience. • U.S. citizen or permanent resident. • Associate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology preferred. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, cellular manufacturing, one‑piece flow. • Experience with industrial machinery and hand tools. • Fair Chance Ordinance – consider arrest/conviction history.
