About the Role

The role involves performing physical labor on job sites while keeping the construction site clean, safe, and efficient, and supporting overall project goals. The employee will follow company safety policies, complete required documentation, and carry out various manual tasks such as digging, spreading and leveling dirt and gravel, lifting materials, cleaning tools, mixing and placing concrete, sealing pipe sections, removing forms, filling joints, demolition, and general site cleanup. Flexibility to move between tasks or sites as needed, travel on short notice, and provide assistance and tool maintenance are also expected. • Promote and adhere to company safety policies and procedures • Complete required safety documentation • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel using hand tools • Lift, carry, and handle building materials, tools, and supplies • Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work areas • Mix, pour, and place concrete, gravel, and other materials manually • Join, wrap, and seal pipe sections • Remove forms from set concrete and fill expansion joints with caulking • Perform demolition, cutting torch work, and operate jackhammers • Install culvert or pipe sections in trenches • Move between tasks or job sites as project progresses, with short‑notice travel • Provide site assistance and maintain assigned tools • Take personal responsibility for health and safety, supporting Zero Injury goals • Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals • Perform basic arithmetic and measurements for weight and volume • Work to precise accuracy standards and follow established procedures

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some construction experience or training preferred.
