About the Role
Interns will identify, design, and deliver an Associate Experience improvement project from start to finish, including creating a launch plan with communications, training, and tracking components. • Design and deliver a full‑cycle Associate Experience improvement project. • Create and execute a project launch plan covering communications, training, and tracking. • Plan, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables. • Compile and analyze metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats. • Apply strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills when interacting with stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software) for data analysis and reporting. • Maintain meticulous organization, attention to detail, and meet deadlines consistently. • Ensure eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

What You Bring
Candidates must be a current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and possess strong project‑management, analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. The position is primarily sedentary office work, requiring eight‑plus hours per day, occasional light lifting, and extended periods of computer use; it is not an exhaustive list of duties and may change with notice. • Demonstrate passion for data optimization and HR consulting. • Adapt to new technologies, platforms, and digital workflows.
