About the Role

Interns will identify, design, and deliver an Associate Experience improvement project from start to finish, including creating a launch plan with communications, training, and tracking components. • Design and deliver a full‑cycle Associate Experience improvement project. • Create and execute a project launch plan covering communications, training, and tracking. • Plan, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables. • Compile and analyze metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats. • Apply strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills when interacting with stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software) for data analysis and reporting. • Maintain meticulous organization, attention to detail, and meet deadlines consistently. • Ensure eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

What You Bring

Candidates must be a current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and possess strong project‑management, analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
