About the Role

This production‑oriented role requires attention to detail and teamwork, following safety procedures, using proper personal protective equipment, operating a forklift to weigh material on a floor scale, listening to machine sounds to troubleshoot, recognizing employee strengths, correcting inventory discrepancies, maintaining equipment, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning the machine area, and communicating with the team to sustain positive morale. Minimum qualifications include at least three years of industrial/outdoor work experience, a minimum of one year of leadership experience in a team environment, proficiency operating a skid steer, forklift, front‑end loader, or similar equipment, and strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and others. • Minimum 3 years industrial/outdoor experience. • At least 1 year leadership experience in a team setting. • Experience operating skid steer, forklift, or front‑end loader. • Strong verbal communication abilities.
