About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing project startup requirements, managing daily project execution, resolving issues, and guiding projects through closeout. The coordinator gathers and organizes scope information, creates training materials, monitors work‑order status, communicates with customers, and collaborates with Service Center Representatives to address escalations. They also work with accounting to correct billing discrepancies, provide support during manager absences, and compile final program summaries and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate customer information to define project scope, store locations, timeframe, and reporting requirements. • Participate in test store processes and provide support to the Sr. Client Service Manager and field teams. • Create and distribute project startup training materials for internal and external stakeholders. • Compile and share essential project data such as logistics, store lists, schedules, and training resources. • Monitor daily summary reports on work‑order status, freight receipt, schedule dates, and order completion. • Follow up with the network to keep work‑order status information current each day. • Collaborate with Service Center Representatives to resolve escalated project issues promptly. • Provide daily and weekly program recap reports to the Sr. Client Service Manager or customers. • Communicate promptly with customers to acknowledge inquiries and ensure expectations are met. • Coordinate and assist in resolving freight or transportation issues with network and logistics. • Manage specific work‑list cases to deliver timely and accurate resolutions for customers or the network. • Train Service Center Representatives on project objectives and guidelines. • Work with accounting to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate customer invoicing. • Support the Sr. Client Service Manager internally and externally during their absence. • Participate in end‑of‑project closeout activities to bring projects to successful completion. • Gather internal and external feedback to develop final program summary reports. • Develop comprehensive project summary reports covering on‑time completions, fail rates, logistics, inventory, and claims status. • Present project summary information to management or customers as directed. • Monitor closure of open cases and assist the Sr. Client Service Manager or CSRs with resolutions.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree—preferably in business administration—and at least three years of client service or project management experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Physical demands include sitting or standing for extended periods while using a laptop and occasional movement within the Lisle corporate office. Up to 5% travel may be required, typically quarterly and possibly overnight. The work environment is hybrid, with one day per week onsite and the remainder remote.
