The ideal candidate communicates effectively with customers and field teams, manages routing to meet job requirements, and assists in tracking technician productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, on‑call environment while collaborating closely with service leadership. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, three or more years of customer‑service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must be willing to be on‑call. Preferred qualifications include a degree or certification in HVAC, controls, or a related technical field, experience with building‑automation systems and TCP/IP networks, and strong communication skills for translating technical information to non‑technical audiences. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required). • Possess 3+ years of customer‑service experience (required). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) (required). • Willingness to be on‑call (required). • Bachelor’s/associate degree or technical certificate in HVAC, Controls, or related field (preferred). • Experience with building‑automation systems, HVAC controls, and software such as WebCTRL (preferred). • Working knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networking (preferred). • Ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences (preferred). • Strong communication and teamwork skills (preferred).
