About the Role

• Greet and assist owners and guests with transporting, securing luggage, and handling special requests or deliveries • Monitor the property’s front entrance and arrivals • Provide instructions and information about room amenities and property services per brand standards • Ensure the front entrance and lobby area remain organized, safe, and clean • Carry out reasonable requests from management, including assisting other departments

What You Bring

• Current and valid state driver’s license • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles • Self‑starting personality with an even disposition • Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 75 lb and stand, sit, or walk for an entire shift, with speed to respond to work situations
