Digital Design Coordinator

About the Role

As a Digital Design Coordinator you will support a specific discipline under the direction of an architect, engineer, or other technical professional. You will assist in developing and maintaining the discipline model, create BIM elements and detailed drawings using current 3D software, and produce accurate, annotated documentation for digital delivery. • Support a specific discipline under supervision of an architect, engineer, or other technical professional • Assist in developing the discipline model with direction from Digital Design, Architectural, or Engineering staff • Help create the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output • Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within correct constraints • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using current 3D software • Maintain the discipline model, including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output

What You Bring

• Hold an HNC/HND or BTEC in Building Services, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical Engineering or a related field • Minimum three years of experience in a design consultancy or main contractor using Revit • Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure • Competent in Microsoft Office and communication tools • Exhibit excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills • Possess a basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
