About the Role

We are looking for a DeWALT Customer Service Representative to join our T&O Commercial team as an on‑site employee. In this role you will handle pricing, catalog identification, quantity verification, and order extensions, while answering product and service questions, driving incremental sales, and suggesting additional solutions. You will conduct sales and service both at the counter and over the phone, advising customers on product features, proper handling, maintenance, and selling related services and programs. When issues arise you will troubleshoot complaints, determine causes, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Handle pricing, catalog numbers, quantity verification, and order extensions. • Answer product and service questions, drive incremental sales, and suggest additional offerings. • Conduct sales and service at the counter and via phone. • Advise customers on product features, proper handling, maintenance, and related services. • Sell services, programs, and products to customers. • Resolve product or service issues by diagnosing complaints, recommending solutions, and ensuring follow‑up.
