About the Role
Key responsibilities include capturing and analyzing security metrics to advise on staffing, resource allocation, and technology planning; monitoring personnel training, certification, and conference attendance; and arranging regular meetings with leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to develop solutions. The manager will also track ongoing cases throughout their lifecycle, ensure follow‑up actions are completed, and provide recommendations to prevent future issues, while handling additional duties as needed. • Define and implement Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and procedures. • Ensure site-wide understanding and enforcement of HSE and security policies. • Capture and analyze security metrics to advise on staffing, resources, and technology planning. • Monitor and track personnel training, certifications, and conference attendance. • Conduct regular meetings with leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to address site requirements. • Manage ongoing cases through full lifecycle, ensuring follow-up actions and preventive recommendations.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a highly talented Senior HSE Manager to join the Qiddiya Facility Management (FM) team. This role will define and implement the Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and ensure policies are understood and enforced on site. The ideal candidate holds an engineering or related degree and brings at least 20 years of experience in health, safety, and security, preferably within a facilities management environment. Experience with food safety, hygiene, and security, as well as operations of workers‑accommodation facilities in Saudi Arabia, is essential; OSHA certification and strong English communication skills are a plus. • Hold an engineering or related degree with a minimum of 20 years’ health, safety, and security experience. • Possess facilities management experience, including food safety/hygiene, security, and workers accommodation operations in Saudi Arabia. • OSHA certification or equivalent is a plus; demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication.
