About the Role

We are seeking a senior commercial consultancy manager to join the project team, providing expertise across contracts, commercial strategy, cost management and procurement. The role demands a proactive professional who can collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure robust commercial and cost control and deliver value‑driven solutions for our clients. • Serve as commercial expert, managing contracts from start to close‑out. • Develop and execute procurement strategies, including tendering, negotiations and contract awards, ensuring compliance and value. • Oversee cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting aligned with client objectives and contractual obligations. • Prepare and review contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses for execution. • Provide strategic commercial advice to mitigate risks and maintain contractual integrity. • Lead change management, assessing cost and time impacts. • Champion commercial best practices. • Safety First – ensure safety, quality, cost, programme and sustainability standards. • Create Opportunity – lead, mentor and champion continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent. • Possess MRICS/RICS membership or be working towards it. • Demonstrated experience in contract management, commercial strategy, cost control and procurement leadership. • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contractual frameworks and risk management. • Ability to collaborate within project teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
