About the Role

The Development Intern will support Development Managers with various project activities throughout the delivery and close‑out phases of assigned development projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with project delivery and close‑out tasks such as punch‑list review, FF&E coordination, unit and common‑area setup, and move‑in support. The intern will also help review and enforce contractual requirements, meet with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve issues, analyze potential budget or schedule changes, and attend project meetings. Occasional travel may be required, ahau andAlarm should be able to meet all physical requirements of the role.

Benefits

The internship runs from April 1 2026 to August 2026,DOE with part‑time hours (10‑20 hours/week) during the semester and full‑time hours (30‑40 hours/week) in the summer, with an option to continue at reduced hours through Spring 2027.
