About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. This role requires daily onsite attendance, effective prospect engagement, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. • Attend the property daily on‑site. • Show, qualify, tour, and lease prospective residents. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in. • Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform various administrative tasks as needed. • Resolve resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Maintain cleanliness of office, common areas, and model units. • Implement annual marketing outreach initiatives. • Conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis to generate ideas and plans. • Keep up‑to‑date product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request response times. • Promote a positive community image to achieve property objectives and public recognition. • Ensure consistent treatment of residents in all matters. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring

Applicants must have a high‑school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, as well as knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The position involves physical activity such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including occasional overtime, weekends and night shifts.
