About the Role

• Ensure project compliance with environmental safety regulations. • Promote company culture, values, and quality management standards. • Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders. • Provide daily direction and oversight of staff, equipment, subcontractors, and materials. • Integrate resources and deliverables according to the Project Execution Plan. • Own and manage project budget, cost forecasts, and schedule. • Control contract documents, manage risks, and process changes throughout the project. • Oversee integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management processes. • Lead and mentor project engineers and assistant managers while maintaining communication with superintendents and subcontractors. • Travel to job sites up to 60% of the time.

What You Bring

The work environment involves frequent site visits where exposure to hazards, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, loud noises, and other physical risks is common, requiring adherence to basic safety precautions. Travel to job sites is expected up to 60% of the time, and the role demands personal responsibility for supporting Cash’s Zero Injury principles. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • 5–10 years managing heavy civil or large‑scale utilities construction projects. • Proven ability to handle budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations from pre‑construction to close‑out. • Experience coordinating with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, and utility owners. • Proficient with Procore, MS Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Compensation for this position starts at $110K‑$140K annually, depending on level and experience, with eligibility for up to a 25% annual performance bonus.
