Job Highlights
About the Role
• Change bed linen daily • Dust all furniture (e.g., picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers) • Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc. • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area, including shower stall, sink, floor, and toilet • Ensure standard room set‑up compliance • Report any damage found in a room immediately • Report any missing items in a room immediately • Report personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately • Turn in all “lost and found” items to the Executive Housekeeper promptly • Assist housekeepers with additional cleaning tasks as assigned • Interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly manner • Perform repetitive cleaning and folding for long periods
