The technician will diagnose HVAC system performance through observation, refrigeration testing, and setup, and troubleshoot commercial equipment. They will use power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service equipment and track service tasks, materials, and labor hours using a company‑provided iPad. They are hiring a self‑motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician for their Commercial Service and Maintenance team in Nashville, TN. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position. Candidates should have at least five years of commercial HVAC experience and a background in HVAC maintenance/repair. They must be able to follow a scope of work, understand gauges and measuring instruments, and safely operate hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license with a good record, the ability to pass a drug screen, and EPA certification are required. • Diagnose HVAC performance via observation, refrigeration testing, and setup • Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience • Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair • Valid driver’s license with good record and pass drug screen • EPA certification
