About the Role

The Market Logistics Coordinator manages logistics paperwork, communications, and scheduling to keep market operations running smoothly. This role supports local branches and the Logistics Operations Center by coordinating dispatch activities, monitoring driver information, and overseeing vehicle inspections. • Open and close contracts for branches to enable efficient dispatch. • Review driver logs and schedules, adjusting as directed by the dispatcher. • Serve as the primary communication liaison between branches and the Market Logistics Operations Center. • Monitor DVIR reports and coordinate vehicle repairs with internal and external parties. • Verify order contact and delivery instructions for accuracy. • Assist with driver scheduling, timekeeping, and third‑party hauler coordination. • Inform branches of upcoming runs to ensure proper equipment staging. • Track driver stop times and expedite issues when necessary. • Identify fleet availability gaps by monitoring future orders. • Prioritize pickup assignments with the dispatcher based on urgency. • Order and receive parts for repairs, maintain inventory, and conduct semi‑annual usage reviews.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of equipment‑rental experience. • Valid driver’s license and basic computer proficiency. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organization. • Personal and professional integrity, flexibility in problem solving, and knowledge of dispatch administration; DOT regulation knowledge preferred.
