About the Role
The Senior Designer will lead BIM and CAD design tasks, model and detail bridge structures using Revit and AutoCAD, and create complete bridge models from scratch. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards, reviewing output for quality, and maintaining clear communication with clients and project leads. • Perform BIM & CAD design tasks and structural modeling for bridge projects using Revit and AutoCAD. • Develop complete bridge models from scratch in Revit and produce detailed AutoCAD drawings. • Create and edit drawings, sketches, and reinforced concrete intent drawings in line with AECOM standards. • Review and monitor drawing production to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. • Maintain regular communication with clients, regional leads, and project managers to capture requirements. • Provide guidance to project teams, fostering a client‑focused and high‑quality culture. • Create custom Revit families and templates to streamline BIM workflows. • Manage 3D BIM models for federated model development. • Utilize ProjectWise and BIM 360/ACC for model collaboration and data management.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a civil engineering diploma or degree and possess 6‑10 years of structural engineering experience, specifically in bridge modelling and detailing. Proficiency with Revit Structures, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, BIM 360/ACC, custom family creation, and knowledge of ISO 19650 or COBie standards are essential, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. • Hold a recognized diploma or degree in Civil Engineering with 6‑10 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated expertise in bridge structural engineering and 3D modeling with Revit Structures and AutoCAD. • Proficient in ISO 19650/COBie standards, construction phasing, and sequencing for complex projects. • Strong written and verbal English communication and technical terminology. • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain professionalism.
