About the Role
• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, office orientation, and departure • Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality and proactive approach to addressing guest needs • Share knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to help guests feel welcomed and productive • Collaborate with team members to communicate guest service trends and develop best practices and streamlined processes • Track all visitors including vendors, visiting employees, and guests while managing parking and vehicle logs • Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors and welcome event guests with visitor badge printing • Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail while assisting with employee on‑boarding/off‑boarding processes

What You Bring
The Guest Services Associate delivers amazing guest experiences at one of JLL’s most exciting client offices, creating best‑in‑class reception and concierge experiences for employees, business clients, community members, and interview candidates. Acting as the all‑around experience expert, you collaborate across teams, anticipate needs, and ensure memorable interactions with a warm, welcoming personality. The position is on‑site in Chicago, IL, working standard business hours. Compensation is estimated at $52,000 per year, and the role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience • Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and high volume of guests • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local language required • Strong multi‑tasking abilities while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms • Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages • Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills • Experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality services • Knowledge of office building operations and facilities management • Previous experience with visitor management systems and security protocols • Basic understanding of event coordination and guest services best practices • Experience working in corporate or commercial real estate environments
