About the Role
• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple regions. • Deliver and present updated cost plans at design milestones. • Provide program‑level estimates for specific scopes of work. • Coordinate, manage, and supervise support staff. • Review design changes and new technologies, preparing accurate estimates. • Analyze cost data from completed projects to refine cost models. • Assess cost effectiveness of alternate products and value‑engineering ideas. • Train development and external estimating teams on new tools and templates. • Prepare leadership presentations for preconstruction and estimating teams. • Deliver life‑cycle costing models. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to support large‑scale data centre construction projects and programs. The role involves developing accurate cost plans, presenting estimates at design milestones, and collaborating with internal and external staff across multiple geographic regions. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in construction estimating are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related discipline. • Possess 5–7 years of experience in construction cost management or estimating roles. • Experience providing conceptual and pre‑construction estimating for large‑scale projects. • Knowledge of value management and value engineering. • Strong communication skills.
