About the Role

The Document Control Coordinator supports the organization, tracking, and maintenance of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring records are properly controlled, distributed, and archived according to established procedures. • Develop and maintain document control procedures. • Manage receipt, tracking, and distribution of project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, reports). • Maintain version control and document logs for accurate retrieval. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with document standards and timelines. • Support document approval workflows and obtain proper authorizations and sign‑offs. • Conduct periodic quality checks and audits of documentation. • Provide guidance and training on document control systems and best practices. • Utilize document management platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, or Procore. • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Understand and apply document control standards and digital filing systems. • Troubleshoot basic document‑related issues and inconsistencies. • Participate in RRSP matching, performance‑based discretionary bonuses, and a share purchase program.
