About the Role

The Vice President of Projects will lead a dynamic team of project managers, driving exceptional project delivery and inspiring high performance. Key day‑to‑day responsibilities include mentoring project managers, defining scope and deliverables with stakeholders, and implementing innovative project‑management methodologies to boost efficiency. Candidates must demonstrate strong financial acumen, client‑relationship skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, PMP/LEED/Six Sigma certifications, global teamwork experience, and expertise with leading project‑management software. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field. • 10+ years of commercial real‑estate project‑management experience with a strong delivery record. • Proven leadership and communication skills for managing high‑performing teams. • Expertise in project‑management tools, methodologies, and process improvement. • Strong financial acumen for budgeting and financial reporting. • Excellent client‑relationship management and long‑term partnership development. • Master’s degree, PMP/LEED/Six Sigma certifications, or MBA preferred. • Experience working in global, multicultural organizations. • Familiarity with industry‑leading project‑management software and technologies. • Ability to travel as required; no visa sponsorship available.
