About the Role
In this newly created position, the Administrator will ensure that subcontractors operate safely, comply with contractual, statutory and BGIS requirements, and support governance through clear systems and relationships. The role works closely with Operations, HSEQ and commercial teams to manage contractor compliance, oversee vendor panel quoting and maintain audit‑ready records. • Manage end‑to‑end subcontractor compliance processes using BSAFE and BGIS Connect • Verify licences, qualifications, insurances, SWMS, permits and mandatory certifications • Ensure subcontractors meet pre‑qualification and ongoing compliance requirements • Coordinate vendor panel quote process to achieve compliant, value‑for‑money outcomes • Collaborate with HSEQ and Operations teams to support safe site practices • Maintain audit‑ready contractor records, compliance trails and reporting documentation • Track and report contractor compliance status, risks and gaps using Power BI • Support site audits, safety inspections and non‑conformance processes • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and provide guidance on systems and compliance expectations

What You Bring
• Demonstrated experience in contractor onboarding, compliance or verification • Understanding of safety management systems, risk controls and compliance frameworks • High attention to detail with strong organisational and follow‑through skills • Clear, supportive communication and stakeholder engagement capability • Confidence working with digital systems and data to manage compliance outcomes • Willingness to learn and adapt within a structured, regulated environment • Experience with BSAFE, BGIS Connect or similar compliance platforms (desired) • Exposure to facilities management, construction or regulated service environments (desired) • Experience using Power BI, Power Automate or workflow automation tools (desired) • Recognised as an AFR Best Places to Work 2024 & 2025
