About the Role

The Field Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end hiring for high‑volume field roles, partnering with hiring managers and regional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals and drive growth. • Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leadership to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a ready pool of talent. • Collect and synthesize interview feedback, advising hiring teams on selection decisions. • Provide a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage. • Serve as a trusted point of contact, setting clear expectations for candidates. • Accurately record candidate data and activity in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. • Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to improve outcomes. • Take accountability for hiring timelines, quality of hires, and overall outcomes within assigned areas. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed. • Contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement. • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

What You Bring

• Communicate proactively with all candidates, including those not selected. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). • Bring 1–3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and internal partners. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Show high organization, attention to detail, and strong time‑management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus).
