About the Role

The primary duties include pulling parts for shipments, packaging products, obtaining weight and dimensions, and using Syteline to process shipments. You will also arrange carrier pickups or deliveries through carrier websites and maintain accurate inventory records. • Pull and package parts for shipment, recording weight and dimensions. • Process shipments using Syteline and schedule carrier pickups via their websites. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Apply basic computer skills to quickly learn warehouse software. • Follow packaging standards, safety guidelines, and company processes. • Prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. • Operate forklift and manual pallet jack; lift up to 50 lb and assist with team lifts. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods.

What You Bring

This entry‑level, full‑time position is located at the corporate office in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a high school education or equivalent and operates on a day shift. Candidates must possess basic computer proficiency, an understanding of packaging standards and warehouse equipment, and the ability to count parts and record data accurately. Effective verbal and written communication, a customer‑service mindset, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment performing shipping, receiving, or related functions. Basic computer skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include forklift operation experience and familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and LTL shipping software. The role demands manual dexterity and the ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, and crouch for extended periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and handle team lifts, as well as push and pull pallet jacks or wheeled carts. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; provide customer‑focused service. • Use UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and LTL shipping software (preferred).
