About the Role
The CyberPhysical Security Manager is responsible for leading enterprise physical security and industrial system hardening. The role oversees corporate security, advises on client‑project security design, and integrates physical security with IT/OT cybersecurity controls, requiring strong technical expertise, effective management and communication, and the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with business needs. Key duties include designing and managing scalable cyber‑physical security systems, producing specifications for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and IoT devices, and translating standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800‑82 into technical requirements. The manager conducts risk assessments, collaborates with the Security Operations Center, crisis response teams, and IT security leadership, and partners with external vendors to ensure seamless integration of smart‑building technologies. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cyber‑physical security systems for corporate and project sites. • Produce specifications for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and IoT/ICS devices. • Translate frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800‑82 into concrete technical requirements and procedures. • Perform comprehensive cyber‑physical risk assessments aligned with information security practices. • Collaborate with the Security Operations Center, crisis response, and IT security teams to integrate monitoring and controls. • Lead integration of physical security with IT and OT technologies, ensuring compliance with smart‑building policies. • Develop and update security programs, standards, playbooks, and documentation for emerging threats. • Oversee vendor selection, scope definition, and performance management for security solutions.

What You Bring
Successful candidates possess advanced knowledge of security standards (ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST SP 800‑53/800‑82), deep experience with physical security architecture, and a proven track record of designing, implementing, or managing physical security programs for at least eight years. They demonstrate strong communication, technical writing, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, can work independently or in teams, and are willing to be on call and travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, architecture, information systems, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is accepted. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lb, occasional travel, and a flexible schedule.
