About the Role

We are currently looking for a hard‑working and customer‑service‑minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties. We expect candidates to hold an active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, live within a 30‑minute commute, have knowledge of Yardi or Mobile Maintenance (preferred), be a team player skilled in unit turns, and possess competency with P‑Tech HVAC systems, individual hot water tanks, and copper/PEX piping. • Hold a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and live within 30 minutes of properties. • Familiarity with Yardi or Mobile Maintenance systems (preferred). • Skilled in unit turnovers and competent with P‑Tech HVAC, hot water tanks, and copper/PEX piping.
