What You Bring
Interns rotate through Digital Technology teams that support Commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, Transportation, and Carrier’s corporate headquarters, working on initiatives such as digital product development, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms. The program emphasizes Agile practices, data visualization, cloud services, and end‑to‑end software development lifecycle exposure. Throughout the experience, interns develop stakeholder communication and project management skills. Candidates must be rising seniors pursuing a Bachelor of Science in a relevant technical discipline, graduating by May 2027, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. U.S. citizenship and the ability to work without sponsorship are required. The role seeks individuals with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. • Meet eligibility criteria: US citizenship, rising senior pursuing a BS in a relevant technical field, GPA ≥ 3.0, graduating by May 2027. • Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, project leadership, and strong communication abilities.
