About the Role
In this role you will collaborate with local managers to plan, budget and achieve P&L targets, forecast and execute staffing plans, and monitor operational metrics to ensure service commitments are met. You will lead and coach a team of technical professionals, manage 3rd‑party vendor relationships, and conduct regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity to drive optimal performance. • Plan, budget and meet P&L targets in collaboration with local managers. • Forecast and execute staffing plans to maximize customer service. • Track, report and drive improvement of operational metrics. • Lead and coach a team of technical professionals to achieve objectives. • Select, negotiate and manage 3rd‑party vendor agreements aligned with company goals. • Conduct regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics and implement improvement plans. • Partner with Quality, Project Management, Training, HR and Regulatory teams to enhance performance. • Promote a “destination of choice” culture for employees, customers and partners.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of HVAC industry knowledge and three to five years of operational leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to develop and retain technical talent. You should possess strong competitive awareness, initiative, emotional intelligence, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, while aligning individual objectives with corporate goals. • Minimum 5 years HVAC industry experience with technical expertise. • 3–5 years proven operational leadership meeting corporate objectives. • Demonstrated ability to develop, retain and attract technical talent. • Strong competitive awareness, initiative‑driving, and alignment of goals. • High emotional intelligence and excellent verbal and written communication.
