About the Role
• Manage on‑site administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. • Lead and direct construction activities across single or multi‑discipline sites. • Serve as primary client liaison for daily operations and long‑term coordination. • Communicate job‑site changes to other superintendents and project teams. • Ensure compliance with design specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards. • Coordinate efforts with the Project Executive and management group.

What You Bring
The position requires physical stamina to navigate active job sites, including climbing ladders, handling tools, and lifting materials up to 50 lb. Candidates must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test and will be considered under the company’s equal‑opportunity employment policies. • Minimum: BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture or related field plus 10 years construction experience. • Required experience in stadium construction. • Preferred: additional BS in Engineering, expertise in façade, roof, steel, and membrane fabrication. • Preferred: structural steel construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Physical demands include climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and navigating active construction zones. • Must adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols in hazardous environments. • Position does not offer sponsorship; candidates must pass a substance‑abuse test.
