About the Role
The role supervises daily activities of the business design management plan and ensures its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements on projects. • Deliver elements of the annual business plan within timeframes and budget • Develop working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders • Present design review data and KPIs to project and sub‑function leadership • Support operational delivery of team/regional strategy • Assist business development and work‑winning activities • Ensure compliance with the management system and completeness of project roles • Manage a small team, coordinating work and providing performance coaching • Contribute to management reviews by collating, analysing, and presenting key metrics • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions
