About the Role

The Contract Audit Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing sales contract documents to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to company policies. This includes verifying financial terms against underwriting guidelines, confirming title requirements such as vesting and inventory, and redacting any personally identifiable or payment information. The specialist also processes correspondence and materials from consumers or agents, receives and validates contract packages from sites, and notifies discrepancies. Audit findings are entered into tracking systems like Chorus and TSW, and the specialist manages workflow status changes daily, prepares contract packages for imaging, and provides customer service to field offices and corporate partners to resolve document issues. The role requires maintaining a minimum production level, supporting the DSC audit team as needed, completing mandatory training, and embodying Hilton Grand Vacations values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and immediacy. • Review and audit sales contract documents for accuracy, legal compliance, and company policy adherence. • Verify financial terms against underwriting guidelines and confirm title requirements (vesting, tenancies, inventory). • Redact personally identifiable information and banking/credit card details from contracts. • Process and validate correspondence, shipments, and contract packages from field sites, notifying discrepancies. • Enter audit findings into tracking systems (e.g., Chorus, TSW) and generate reports for the audit process. • Manage daily contract workflow status changes, including rescission cancels, NSF notices, and chargebacks. • Prepare contract packages and cancellations for the imaging department and provide customer service to resolve document issues. • Maintain minimum production levels and provide backup support for the DSC audit team as needed. • Complete required training and compliance courses while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values.
