About the Role

The Manager, Commissioning oversees start‑up and plant operations, handling equipment and system checkout, inspecting installations, reviewing designs, and calculating expected operating parameters under temporary start‑up conditions. This role also coordinates start‑up activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment operation, while directing performance tests, calculating test results and heat balances, and providing engineering reports to support design change preparation. • Lead start‑up and plant operation activities, including equipment and system checkout. • Inspect installations, review designs, and calculate expected operating parameters under temporary start‑up conditions. • Coordinate start‑up tasks such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment operation. • Direct performance tests, calculate test results and heat balances. • Perform calculations to evaluate design changes and produce engineering reports for the engineering department. • Collaborate with clients on‑site to ensure successful commissioning.
