About the Role
The role is for a Procurement Specialist on a plant that delivers Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, primarily serving prefabricated data centers and power modules for the data‑center sector. The ideal candidate will support material procurement, inventory management, supplier performance and localisation initiatives, working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment with cross‑functional teams. • Maintain MRP system, create and expedite purchase orders. • Coordinate on‑time supplier deliveries. • Advise LOB management on supplier performance and recommend corrective actions. • Procure materials to meet customer needs at optimal cost. • Maintain inventory levels, address component shortfalls, and support product evolution. • Manage supplier transactions: place orders, schedule deliveries, reconcile price variances, handle returns, and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Obtain supplier quotations and communicate engineering changes. • Support product phase‑out/in to prevent obsolete inventory and ensure new product availability. • Provide price change and supplier status reports; share open order information with suppliers. • Drive supplier transitions and localisation strategies aligned with business priorities. • Review and map tier‑1 and tier‑2 supply plans to meet scheduled business requirements. • Consolidate project localisation data into formal, transparent documentation. • Present project progress and results regularly to managers.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain‑related fields and have at least seven years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in manufacturing or modular construction. Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Excel skills are required, along with strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain, engineering, business administration or related field. • Possess 7+ years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in manufacturing or modular construction. • Be proficient with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel. • Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment with cross‑functional teams.
