About the Role

The Facility Manager III is responsible for the cost‑effective, safe, and efficient operation of client facilities in Canada. Acting as the primary BGIS representative, the FM III oversees financial performance, day‑to‑day client and tenant interactions, and ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. • Act as single point of contact for a portfolio of properties and all facility‑related requests. • Maintain proactive communication and strong relationships with clients, tenants, and end‑users. • Develop, defend, and manage O&M, transaction, and capital project budgets; re‑forecast as needed. • Monitor financial performance against contractual targets and prepare monthly budget analyses. • Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, incident response, and small projects for up to 500,000 sq ft of facilities. • Create and deliver client presentations highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations. • Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and manage sub‑contractor performance. • Conduct annual building inspections, assess condition of components, and plan future maintenance projects. • Evaluate tenant service requests, recommend cost‑saving alternatives, and ensure service level compliance. • Track contract performance indicators, develop corrective action plans, and meet service level targets. • Supervise team members, set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and communicate operational vision.

Benefits

This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of $84,493 to $105,616 per year, based on experience and competencies.
