Hiring initiatives will be driven, including defining role requirements and conducting technical interviews. A security‑first culture and security‑by‑design thinking will be championed across the broader analytics platform organization, and close collaboration with other engineering managers and technical leads will be required. A technical roadmap for data security within the analytics platform will be defined and executed, ensuring robust controls for data ingestion, processing, storage, and access. The manager will drive implementation of data classification, encryption, access controls, and audit logging, and will lead incident‑response efforts while establishing preventive measures.
