About the Role

• Manage Service Support to achieve business goals and objectives. • Oversee daily requirements and coordinate relevant departments to ensure high customer service satisfaction. • Develop direct customer relationships. • Contribute to strategic plans to expand Site Service. • Coach and mentor site technical staff. • Assist in root cause failure analysis. • Provide first‑line help‑desk and technical support for the Sales Area. • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Administer and support bulletins. • Help Planning department optimise maintenance strategy development. • Collect technical feedback and relay it to Product Masters/EQ Division.

What You Bring

The successful candidate must hold a Heavy‑Duty Mechanical trade qualification, a current driver’s licence and be willing to work away from home on a FIFO roster. Experience with Sandvik equipment, maintenance and fault finding, strong initiative, computer‑systems literacy and knowledge of mine health and safety regulations are essential. The role requires the right to live and work in Australia and successful completion of a pre‑employment medical. • Hold a Heavy‑Duty Mechanical trade qualification (minimum). • Hold a current driver’s licence and be able to work FIFO roster away from home. • Possess knowledge and experience with Sandvik equipment and maintenance/fault finding. • Demonstrate high initiative, drive and determination to meet customer satisfaction targets. • Be computer‑systems literate. • Understand Mine Health and Safety regulations. • Have the right to live and work in Australia and pass a pre‑employment medical. • Recognition as a Work180 Endorsed Employer for Women and Silver Status in WorkSafe QLD Wellbeing Program.
